Probabilistic tractography group analysis using cytoarchitectonic ROIs of human nuclei








As technology improves, more accurate image feature measurement techniques will be available to help identify stronger and more robust radio-genomic correlations which will lead to insights about cancer biology. Our lab has developed a semi-automatic in silico measurement pipeline to segment and interpolate the volume of various tumor compartments using a series of two dimensional MR images.
